Naturally I'll be playing a Demon Hunter primarily. The following will be edited constantly as an accumulation of my thoughts, and is for my benefit, not yours, cuz fuck you. It should be noted that the intent is to form a single arena pvp build. Skills can be swapped out at any time to suit the pve situation, but arena opponents are unknown and you only get 1 build to fight 5 varieties of opponents.

Current PVE strat is throw some multishots, rattling roll in stun, FoK, vanish hate regen, spam more multis for disc regen

Hatred Building:
Entangling Shot: w/ crimson increases snare from 2s to 6s. Damage modified by Cull the Weak
Evasive Fire: 115% dmg + 15yrd backflip for 4d. Almost feels necessary when facing barbs/monks with multiple close abilities
Bola: 100% dmg to target, 75% aoe 7yrds. w/ gold 30% to regain 5d.

Hatred Spending:
Impale: 275% dmg, w/ indigo 2.75s stun
Rapid Fire: 600% attack speed @ 38% dmg, w/ alabaster snares 62% for 2s. synergy w/ mark to regen some hatred
Multishot: w/ alabaster 140% volley regens 1d (up to 6d) for every enemy struck
Fan of Knives: w/ crimson 526% wpn dmg aoe 18 yrd

Discipline:
Vault: w/ alabaster 3s aoe stun on destination
Smoke Screen: Vanish for 2s, w/ obsidian 30h/s for 2s (cost 15d)
Marked for Death: w/ gold +20% dmg to marked target, +2h every shot on target - synergy w/ rapid fire
Shadow Power: +30% attack speed for 8s.
Preperation: w/ gold restore all disc + 70% heal on 120s cd.

Passives:
Tactical Advantage: +60% speed for 2s after evade, smoke or vault
Cull the Weak: +20% dmg to slowed targets
Steady Aim: +10% dmg when no enemy within 10 yrds.
Thrill of the Hunt: 3s root every 10s
Archery: stat boost based on wpn type

abilities are out of date, but its still fun to watch. hatred generator abilities not yet added to the game, and knives and explosives are still x to y damage and not yet based on wpn dmg%

After sifting through beta footage I've decided on Monk as "first alt." While normally Paws is first alt, the Witch Doctor seems much more suited to the "Paws" play style, and thus the Monk will be Ethric (not that anyone cares, but there you go). Further analysis has concluded that my Witch Doctor will have the Gargantuan summon skill slotted at all times to refer to as "Woogies."

Spirit Generate:
Crippling Wave: 110% dmg, generates 6sp per attack. Third combo snares for 50% movement 35% attk speed for 5s. Several good runes.

Spirit Spend:
Dashing Strike w/ gold: 11sp to charge to an enemy and root for 1s. Quick strikes, great mobility.
Lashing Tail Kick w/ alabaster: 225% aoe kick w/ 2.2s stun. 30sp.
Mystic Ally
Serenity
Breath of Heaven
Cyclone Strike
Inner Sanctuary: Creates a circle for 8s that cannot be passed by enemies. Theoretically...I'd use it to lock someone in the circle and beat the shit out of them.
Dash -> Stun kick -> Crip wave slow -> circle -> repeat

Mantra:
Mantra of Healing w/ Indigo: +X health/s for 3m. Rune creates a 10s shield for 25% health when skill is activated for 25sp.

Passives:
Transcendence: Heal for X for every point of spirit spent.
Exalted Soul
